Our trip was nice, will be back. Everything was great and the rooms were nicely furnished and neat. Greatly enjoyed satellite TV, climate control and a microwave oven in the room. Its sea view and amicable staff were the key features!

The staff are hospitable and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location is prime, around 10-15 minutes walk from Baga Beach.

The Kutumb - Private Villas in Calangute is in a great location, very close to the Baga and Calangute beaches as well as the local market. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The villa has separate rooms and fairly clean bathrooms with gates for added security.

Honestly speaking, I had a fun time with my friends during my stay at this property. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. , the location was quite good with the beach being just a short walk away. the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary items we needed to cook our own meals.
I did notice some aspects that weren't quite up to par. For starters, there was an issue with the electricity and water supply which put a bit of a damper on our experience.

We had an amazing stay with great facilities and friendly staff. The location is convenient, just a short walk away from both Calangute and Baga beaches. The room is clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking is available on the property.

Spent my Xmas holidays in Goa with a bunch of friends and rented a villa. the villa had all the amenities stated on the web page, although some were not working properly. the location was great, just a few steps from the beach. the villa was big and we were able to enjoy the double beds with attached bathrooms. the kitchen was good and spacious, allowing us to cook and save a bit of money.
The villa needs some maintenance. A few of the amenities were not working well.

The location was great, very close to two popular beaches in the area. the rooms were spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities. the kitchen was also well equipped and perfect for cooking meals. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The villa lacked a pool, which was disappointing for those hoping to take advantage of the warmer weather.
